Our Operational focus and strategy is to develop Information Technology Driven Solutions in rural communities as a learning and innovation capacity that increases the effectiveness of Political, Cultural, and Socio-economic Development & Behavioral decisions, the ability to access, gather, analyze, and utilize Information and Knowledge.

ICT is the conduit that transmits information and knowledge to individuals to widen their choices for Economic and social empowerment in their efforts to solve problems and improve their lives most especially in rural communities. Science and technology empower these increase and increase the effectiveness of their development efforts and decision-making to achieve the objectives of poverty eradication, food security, and sustainable development in rural areas.

However, technological applications are largely restricted to urban areas. Rural areas have not reaped enough benefits from them. Science and Technology have played an important role in promoting agriculture, poverty alleviation, food security, life skills, and educating the masses during the last few decades. Samtos Global Technology Strategic Operation is to bring technology to rural communities by improving their lives using technology.
